Once again this year, the finalists for the 2026 German Book Prize will be reading and discussing their works at the Urania Berlin. The evening will be led by, amongst others, Christian Dunker from ‘Geistesblüten’ Berlin. Tickets are available on the website of the organizer, Urania Berlin e.V. Admission: €8, reduced €5.

Starting at 7 p.m., the authors shortlisted for the 2026 German Book Prize will present their works at Schauspiel Frankfurt. The event will be moderated by Sandra Kegel (F.A.Z.), Cécile Schortmann (3sat) und Christoph Schröder (SWR Kultur). This is a joint event organized by the Frankfurt am Main Cultural Office and Literaturhaus Frankfurt in cooperation with Schauspiel Frankfurt. The media partner is hr2 Kultur.
